We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Day and Night shifts are available. We offer competitive compensation to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a home care case in Orlando, FL.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an LPN. Clear and Active LPN license in the State of Florida is required.

LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as:

* Daily assessments of clients

* Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)

* Documentation of client status, and/or changes

* Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates

* Disease management

* Coordination client medical appointments
