Your Primary Role: Supporting through Transportation
In this specific role, your primary responsibility will be to provide safe and reliable transportation for the individuals we serve. You will be the bridge between our individuals and their community, ensuring they can get to medical appointments, grocery shopping, social outings, and community events safely and on time.

Your Impact Every Day:

• Primary Focus – Transport: Safely transport individuals to and from community activities, appointments, and personal errands in your registered vehicle.
• Be a Companion: Support community inclusion by attending events and recreational activities alongside the individuals you transport.
• Be a Mentor: Help individuals reach personal goals like budgeting while out in the community, nutrition, and fitness.
• Provide Essential Care: Assist with daily living tasks, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (Required).
• A clean driving record and a passion for being on the road.
• High School Diploma or GED (or documented 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education).
• Must be 18 years or older.
  Successful clearance of background checks.
• A reliable, responsible attitude.
