  • Days: Tuesday & Thursday
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Dementia Care)

  • Days/Hours:
    • Saturday Evening: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
    • Sunday Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Sunday Evening: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Quadriplegic Care)

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and physical disabilities (including mobility impairments such as quadriplegia)
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Support safe transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and use of mobility equipment (gait belts, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts as needed)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and nutrition based on client needs and care plans
• Deliver memory care support, including redirection, routine reinforcement, and cognitive engagement
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life and reduce isolation
• Assist with light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying, organizing)
• Provide transportation and escort services to appointments, errands, and activities (if applicable)
• Accurately complete care documentation and daily notes
• Monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience providing in-home care to seniors or adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or physical disabilities
• Hands-on experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), DSP, or similar role
• Hoyer lift and safe transfer experience strongly preferred (training available)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families and care teams
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
