- Days: Tuesday & Thursday
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Dementia Care)
- Client Location: Agoura Hills
- Days/Hours:
- Saturday Evening: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Sunday Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday Evening: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Quadriplegic Care)

Your Daily Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and physical disabilities (including mobility impairments such as quadriplegia)
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Support safe transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and use of mobility equipment (gait belts, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts as needed)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding and nutrition based on client needs and care plans
- Deliver memory care support, including redirection, routine reinforcement, and cognitive engagement
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life and reduce isolation
- Assist with light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying, organizing)
- Provide transportation and escort services to appointments, errands, and activities (if applicable)
- Accurately complete care documentation and daily notes
- Monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or safety concerns
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience providing in-home care to seniors or adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or physical disabilities
- Hands-on experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), DSP, or similar role
- Hoyer lift and safe transfer experience strongly preferred (training available)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families and care teams
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered care
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
