Caregivers Wanted in Thousand Oaks — Join a Team That Actually Has Your Back
Pay: $20.00/hour and up
We'll be honest — caregiving is one of the hardest jobs out there. And at Rose's Agency Home Care, we think the people who do it deserve way more than just a paycheck.
That's why we've built something different: a team that feels like family, a support system that's available 24/7, and a work environment where you are just as valued as the clients you serve. We're nationally recognized by Home Care Pulse for our personalized in-home care — and we're proud of it.
If you're the kind of person who genuinely lights up when you help someone, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day looks a little different, but your role will center around helping clients live comfortably and with dignity at home — things like:
Bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
Mobility and transfer support
Meal prep and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Transportation to appointments or errands (when applicable)
Who We're Looking For
At least 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (outside of family care) — OR you're a CNA, HHA, or LVN/LPN
Someone compassionate, patient, and dependable
A good communicator who can manage their time well
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
