CARE NEEDS: Assist with driving client, Safety Monitoring, Fall Risk, Standby Assistance (has balance issues, history of falls). Assist in ADL care needs, Hydration reminders, Vitals: Check BP and document.

What is a Home Care Aide?
A Home Care Aide is a compassionate professional caregiver who provides non-medical assistance to seniors or individuals who need help with daily living activities in their own homes.
What if you don't have an Home Care Aide? (HCA)
Requirement is not needed when applying for caregivers, only if you are hired with Nightingale Senior Care.

Responsibilities
Assist with driving client
Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients' social engagement
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Support mobility and transfers, including safe lifting when necessary
Monitor and document clients' health status and reporting changes
Administer medication reminders
Maintain a clean and safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety protocols
Uphold clients' rights while ensuring dignity, respect, and compassionate care
Build positive relationships with clients and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is (preferred)
Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
Compassionate caregiver, patient, and professional demeanor when working with individuals in need
Strong communication and active listening skills
Proven ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and effectively
Knowledge of memory care and supporting clients with cognitive impairments
Genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life
