✔️ What You’ll Do

You’ll provide compassionate, professional in‑home care that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding
Support mobility and safe transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and follow dietary needs
Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Offer medication reminders (no medication administration)
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Uphold privacy, dignity, and HIPAA standards
 

✔️ What We’re Looking For

We want caregivers who take pride in their work and bring professionalism and heart to every shift.

Current Texas CNA license
Caregiving experience (home care, facility, or hospice)
CPR/First Aid certification
Clear background check
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience
Dependable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality care
Willingness to pick up additional shifts when available
