We are actively hiring experienced In-Home Caregivers to support clients in Bloomfield and nearby towns throughout Hartford County.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support clients with:

  • Hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Mobility and transfer assistance
  • Meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Medication reminders (non-medical)
  • Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
  • Monitoring and communicating changes in client needs

Who We’re Looking For
This position is ideal for caregivers who:

  • Have professional caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, PCA, or 1+ years hands-on care)
  • Are confident assisting with personal care and safe mobility
  • Communicate clearly and work well independently
  • Are reliable, professional, and committed to their clients
  • Demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong judgment

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable, insured vehicle in good condition (required for all shifts)
  • Professional in-home caregiving experience
  • 18+ years old (21+ if providing transportation or errand services)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Verifiable employment references
