Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in various settings, including group homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for those they serve. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through direct support and personal care.

Duties

Provide direct support to clients in daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Monitor patients’ health conditions and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring clients as necessary.
Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
Support hospice care needs for terminally ill patients with compassion and dignity.
Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is required
Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and assisted living practices is a plus.
Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper body mechanics.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
Certification in CPR/First Aid is required at the time of application.
Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
