Nursing is a difficult job, we are looking for top quality care providers and are willing to compensate accordingly. Applicant must have a positive attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to care for our client in their homes.

We are looking for professional caregivers to match with specific clients. It is our belief that caregivers and clients both need consistency and we take our placements of caregivers very seriously.

Applicant MUST have at least 2-5 years experience with in home care, CNA certification preferred but not required. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and have excellent body mechanics to ensure personal safety.

This is a contract (1099) position.

Required Documents include:

CoVid-19 vaccination record

CNA Certification (preferred)

Driver’s license/ Car registration /vehicle insurance

Proof of Negative TB within past year

Clean Criminal Background

Liability insurance (Applicant must be willing to purchase their own professional liability insurance. $71/ year for part time and full time

Applicant must have a valid phone number, reliable transportation and be able to work in Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities: Activities of daily living, Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Nail care, Housekeeping, change of position, catheter care assisting with transfers and Medication assistance, companionship.
