During her time in this profession, she realized there was a shortage of caregivers which impacted the quality of service her patients were receiving. This also had a negative effect on their health and well-being. She knew that there was not only scarcity among healthcare professionals, but they also required proper training. Mrs. Laborde knew that establishing Ideal School of Allied Health Care would provide the opportunity to those seeking fulfillment in helping others. We have a team of dedicated and passionate professionals who inspire our students to be the best versions of themselves. Our job is to provide our students with the skills, quality, relevant career training in order to meet the needs of what healthcare facilities and practices currently seek.
